the gardens were lovely all the hanging baskets looked amazing the boarders were fantastic the manicured lawns really stood out i found the leisure facilities very nice and clean the sauna whirlpool and steam room were excellent breakfast choices were varied and served until 11am

I found the grounds beautiful with a well kept golf course. the food was great, especially the superb breakfast. the family room was spacious and convenient. I liked the swimming pool and the spa facilities.
i noticed some staff seemed inexperienced, which occasionally caused delays.

The staff helped me carry bags during check in. The mobile app and electronic phone key for the room worked fine.
The room was very hot, but I could not open the window more than two inches. I asked for cocktails at the bar, but the barman did not know how to make them. He said he would find someone to assist. A long wait led me to settle for wine instead! I feel that was very frustrating.

the hotel had fine grounds , perfect for a relaxing walk.
i was very frustrated with the restaurant service , it was slow. the food quality also did not meet expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber. the room lacked sufficient power sockets near the bed , a basic amenity that was overlooked.
